We are excited to offer you a better online account experience.  Current clients should get an email on 6/15 to claim your new account.  If you already have an account with us, please do not create a new one.  If you haven't received your email to log into our new system by 6/16, please email us so we can help.  Once you are logged in, you will see your name and family members names linked to your account along with any remaining classes from pre-paid packages.  Please take a moment to fill in any other missing info in your profile and review that everything is correct.  If something is not right, please contact us and we are happy to help.

 If you would like to pay with cash/check, you may do so upon arrival at the studio, but you still need to create an account.  CONTACT US if you are trying to reserve for a class/workshop that requires pre-payment.

IT IS BEST TO RSVP 

Please RSVP by 10 pm the day of the class, so that we know you're coming and can set up the studio for you.  Drop-ins are always welcome if there is space available, but are subject to a higher price if you haven't registered online.  Classes may be canceled if no one is signed up by 10 pm the night before.

Buying multiple classes or for multiple kids?  Follow these steps for an easier check out: 

 

We operate similarly to a yoga or fitness studio where you purchase classes or packages and schedule when it works for you.  

So, PURCHASE FIRST, THEN RESERVE.

You can designate multiple people from your account to share the packages and class options you buy.  However, designating multiple people to a SINGLE VISIT PASS does not  mean you can reserve 2+ people on one pass.  You need to buy a Single Visit Pass for each person you are scheduling or buy a package and designate it for multiple kids.

Purchased options will be saved in your account until you use them, but do have an expiration date.  They may only be used for classes that are not already full.  Please check availability before purchasing!  Purchases are generally not refundable.  We will work with you on a case by case basis to do what is fair and right if you have made a purchase you cannot use.

***If you are a current holder of a GIFT CERTIFICATE and would like to redeem, please call, email, or stop by the studio.  We will add your gift card amount as credit on your account in our new system so you can use it at checkout.  This cannot be done online.***
