Patty Dwyer - Plein air, Oil Painting, and Pastels

Joy, exuberance, texture, vibrant colors and the interplay of light, shadow and passion are what I hope to capture in my work – whether en plein air or in my studio. I am a fortunate artist, who lives and works in Colorado. All of the outdoors; the mountains, varied seasons, water and intriguing skies are key elements in most of my work. My style is both impressionistic and expressionistic with the use of color, light, brushwork and emotion in my oil paintings and soft pastels.

My work has been shown in Aspen, Breckenridge, Frisco, Estes Park and Grand Lake, as well as The Depot Gallery, Main Street Fine Art Gallery, Mary Williams Fine Art, Space Gallery, Cherokee Castle, and POP Gallery in Littleton. I am a member of Plein Air Artists of Colorado, Colorado Pastel Society, Littleton Artists Guild and Evergreen Artists Association.

Look for my schedule of classes in oils, and plein air and drawing for both adults and tweens/teens.

Christy Williams - Fine Art Photography and Acrylic Painting

My passion for visual arts and creative expression has been with me since I can remember. I was fortunate to grow up in a household where the arts were extremely valued and encouraged in music, dance, creative writing, photography and the visual arts.  I am currently most drawn to fine art photography and painting. It was during college as a liberal arts major that I found my passion for both.

Fine art photography has been my staple medium for over 20 years and has ranged from portrait to architectural and commercial. My work has been published in various consumer magazines from sports, to fashion as well as the local Denver scene. As an avid Colorado outdoor adventure seeker I always have my GoPro in hand ready to capture an image that I can take back to my studio to portray in a painting. I work mainly in acrylics on canvas as I love the vivid color translation of a scene that inspires me on the trails. I use the photograph as an initial foundation for an idea; then let the colors, texture and imagination form a finished product.

Deanne Sander - Watercolor, Acrylic, and Pastel Painting

I grew up in Littleton and am thrilled that I have a studio in the downtown area. I experiment painting with watercolors, acrylics, and pastels.  You will find flowers, landscapes (especially aspen trees), and whimsical snowman among my varied subject matter.  I am constantly exploring and learning new techniques from workshops, classes and books. I work part time with children providing occupational therapy and spend the rest of my time in my art studio, or hiking with my husband and dog. I am currently working toward a certificate in children’s book illustration.

I've shown my work both nationally and in local shows.  I am also a member of the Colorado Watercolor Society and sell my work at Abloom flower shop in Highlands Ranch.  You can find my cards for sale at several shops around Colorado.
